Built by people who have spent their lives in this community, the company was founded to bring a more personal, hands-on approach back to commercial construction. After years of experience on large-scale projects, the focus shifted toward working directly with local businesses and smaller commercial clients who value clear communication, trust, and accountability.
Our work includes tenant build-outs, commercial renovations, and ground-up construction across a range of industries, all managed with a commitment to staying involved and doing the job right. Justin Duff is a Northeast Florida native, born in Jacksonville and now based in St. Augustine, with deep roots in the community he serves. After earning a degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida, he began his career working with larger commercial contractors on complex projects across the region, gaining valuable experience in how major construction work is planned and delivered.
In 2025, Justin founded JDuff Construction Co. with a focus on bringing that experience back to a more personal, hands-on approach to commercial construction. He lives in Northeast Florida with his wife, their two children, and their golden retriever, and remains grounded in family, faith, and community in both life and business.
